Creating new products, or improving existing ones. Do the work that would normally take you months in just a few days.
Let's say you've set an annual goal. You researched and found the challenges from your stakeholders that you need to solve to reach your goal. You even collected a lot of different ideas that could solve these challenges. Now what? A Design Sprint is an incredibly powerful process that allows you to solve complex challenges in only a matter of days.
When you’re working one a big important project, a few things are important. Figuring out which questions are important and getting answers to those questions from the right type of people. The users. Everyone wants this done as fast as possible. The outcome of every Design Sprint Week is a high-fidelity interactive prototype, tested by real users, and with clear insights on where to go next. This is not a “wireframe” or a “paper prototype”, it looks and feels like a real product.
HOW FAST IS FAST?
The Design Sprint is an intense 4-day hackathon. On Day 1 we’re working together with your team to define the challenge and scope of the week. We’ll have different ideas for a solution. Day 2 is about deciding which solution we’ll use and how to prototype it. On Day 3 we’ll rapidly build the high fidelity prototype, which we’ll test with real users on Day 4.
SOUNDS GOOD, BUT…
After a Design Sprint, we deliver our high-fidelity interactive prototype and the Test Report we created by testing the prototype with real users. We’ll provide an Executive Summary including advice on how to continue with the project. Most importantly, our summary will come with clear answers to yes/no Sprint Questions.
On your free phone consultation, one of our experts will discuss Strategy, Innovation Goals and explain our methodology.
