What you should know about Design Sprints

Let's say you've set an annual goal. You researched and found the challenges from your stakeholders that you need to solve to reach your goal. You even collected a lot of different ideas that could solve these challenges. Now what? A Design Sprint is an incredibly powerful process that allows you to solve complex challenges in only a matter of days.

Why you should care about Design Sprints

1. The fastest and most effective way to innovate

A strict 4-day workshop that shuts out all unproductive meetings and works toward solving a specific goal.

2. We work with your team

To make sure we get all the knowledge and expertise we need, we work directly with your selected colleagues.

3. Work with no distractions

For two days, your colleagues will work fully focussed on a single challenge. No distractions.

4. Validate ideas with real users

As you might've discovered in any creative meeting; Everyone has their idea of what works. Now you can know for sure.

Why use a Design Sprint?

When you’re working one a big important project, a few things are important. Figuring out which questions are important and getting answers to those questions from the right type of people. The users. Everyone wants this done as fast as possible. The outcome of every Design Sprint Week is a high-fidelity interactive prototype, tested by real users, and with clear insights on where to go next. This is not a “wireframe” or a “paper prototype”, it looks and feels like a real product.

How about 4 days?

The Design Sprint is an intense 4-day hackathon. On Day 1 we’re working together with your team to define the challenge and scope of the week. We’ll have different ideas for a solution. Day 2 is about deciding which solution we’ll use and how to prototype it. On Day 3 we’ll rapidly build the high fidelity prototype, which we’ll test with real users on Day 4.

What do we get?

After a Design Sprint, we deliver our high-fidelity interactive prototype and the Test Report we created by testing the prototype with real users. We’ll provide an Executive Summary including advice on how to continue with the project. Most importantly, our summary will come with clear answers to yes/no Sprint Questions.
